Signing Up

Signing up is easy! Simply create an account using the ‘Join Now’ button at the top of this page. Your account will be fully created when you make your first purchase.

At this time the rewards program is only available for United States customers.

You can log into your account by clicking the person icon at the top of your screen, the ‘Log In’ button at the top of this page, or at checkout. Once you enter your email address you will receive a verification code to that email address to complete your login.

Account

We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account used for shopping are automatically enrolled in our rewards program with the email address used for shopping.

The rewards page is your roadmap for all your points and perks. You can access all of your rewards information on this page once you’re logged in.

Nope! Signing up and engaging with our rewards program is completely free.

Earning and Redeeming

Shopping, signing up to receive email marketing, following us on social media, leaving a review, having a birthday and more are some of the ways you can earn reward points. Scroll up on this page to see all the ways to earn reward points.

When you’ve finished shopping and have reached the checkout page, you’ll see a drop-down box that you can click to redeem the rewards you have available.

The limit does not exist! Earn as many points as you want. You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with us, and participating in reward promotions.

Yes. Each time you earn reward points they will expire exactly 1 year from when they were earned.

Yes. Each time you redeem reward points, your reward voucher will expire 1 month from when you redeemed points for it.

If you are an existing rewards member, you will see the points you’ve earned shortly after completing an action. If you have just signed up for the rewards program, you will not see or be able to redeem any earned points until after your first purchase.

Your points may have expired, or you, or someone you referred to our store, canceled or returned a purchase.

You must be logged in when checking out to earn points. Make sure you did not accidentally check out as a guest. If you accidentally checked out as a guest, contact us at support@evocompression.com to help apply your points to your account.

Tiers

You will remain in your tier for 365 days, starting on your specific enrollment (anniversary) date. You will have access to the benefits of that tier for 365 days, unless you move up to a new tier level during that time.

All reward members are automatically enrolled in the base tier, Novice. To reach Enthusiast or Expert, you must spend the specified amount in 365 days or less. Once you have met the required spend you will be upgraded to the applicable tier.

Yes. You will stay in your tier for up to 365 days. At that point, your tier status will be determined based on your spend over the last 365 days.

Refer a Friend

You can have 5 successful referrals over all time. A referral is determined successful when the friend you referred uses your link to redeem their free pair of socks. You email and IP address can only be used for 5 successful referrals.

You can only refer those who have never purchased from evocompression.com They must be a new customer in order for the referral discount to work.

Please check your Spam/Junk folder to see if the email with your code went there. If the person you referred was not a new customer or did not check out with their link, you will not receive your discount. You also cannot refer an email address with the same IP or someone with the same billing/shipping address as your own.

Returns

Of course! You will be refunded the amount of reward points you used on your purchase. Please give the reward refund a few days to display in your account.

Birthday Reward

Add your birthday under the “Ways to Earn” and you’ll get an email when your birthday reward is available. You must register your birthday at least 30 days before your birthday.

Fraudulent Behavior

If we suspect or find fraudulent behavior on your account, we reserve the right to terminate your account. Examples of fraudulent behavior include but are not limited to transferring rewards to others, abusing the Refer a Friend program, or creating multiple accounts.
