How to Put Your Compression On
Getting your compression on can seem challenging, especially if you are wearing a higher compression level.
We'll show you the correct process so you don't struggle with them every morning. Here's the best way to put on your compression socks and stockings:
Step 1
Reach into the sock and grab the grab the heel portion.

Step 2
While holding the heel with one hand, turn the sock inside out with the other hand. Stop once you get to the heel.

Step 3
Place your foot into the foot portion of the sock that is right side out. Slowly pull the sock over your entire foot.

Step 4
Slowly begin pulling the sock up your leg, turning it right side out. Move slowly, so you do not tug at the sock.

Step 5
Keep slowly pulling the sock up and adjusting until it is on evenly.

Step 6
For Knee Highs, make sure the top band of the sock is two fingers length below the bend in your knee.
